Deflation Mechanisms and Token Burning (Burning Mechanism)

The Solvex token model aims to create a deflationary structure over time by gradually reducing the total supply.

  • Transaction Fee Burning: A portion of each transaction fee is permanently removed from circulation, helping to preserve token value.

  • Staking-Based Burning: A portion of rewards for long-term stakers is automatically burned, maintaining a balanced supply.

  • Smart Contract-Based Buyback & Burn: A portion of platform revenues is used to buy back tokens, and the acquired tokens are permanently removed from circulation.
